Well here on the Connecticut River we wait with baited breath for spring run and and Stripers. We got a little tease with fish being caught in tributaries of the Ct River below the Connecticut border then within days Shad were caught at the Holyoke dam and a tributary in Massachusetts. Then a cold front came in and gave us a reality check. We have some warmer weather rolling in and you better be ready because a shad bomb is about to go off!!!!!!! Tight lines my people!!!!

Roller Coaster ride

Strong start to the week and then a couple cold nights have slowed it down...A LOT!
